Know what’s missing.
Our design priority: make incomplete information and outstanding work easier to understand.
Healthcare operations. Firsthand experience.
Healthcare teams have enough work.
Their software shouldn’t create more.
We’re building payer operations software for Salesforce, starting with credentialing—and the everyday friction that slows good teams down.
Why we’re here
JJM started with three industry leaders and a shared frustration: too much of healthcare administration depends on chasing information, reconciling systems, and finding out who owns the next step.
Our starting point is credentialing. Our ambition is bigger: help the people running healthcare work with clarity across the entire operation.
01 / Our first focus
A provider’s journey doesn’t end at a credentialing decision. The information, handoffs, and follow-through matter just as much.
We’re designing our first offering around that reality, with Salesforce AppExchange as our intended marketplace.
Discuss your credentialing workflow ↗Our design priority: make incomplete information and outstanding work easier to understand.
Build around the people responsible for each handoff, review, and decision.
Consider how provider information supports the teams and workflows that come after credentialing.

02 / The bigger picture
Credentialing is the beginning. Explore the operational areas shaping our longer-term direction.
Credentialing + privileging
Our first focus is credentialing, with a broader interest in the reviews, decisions, and privileges that shape a provider’s participation.
